My daily responsibilities consisted of keeping up with high volume phone calls and emails, charging all credit cards when payment was due, running pre-authorizations on credit cards, printing all travel documents that were due to be issued and balancing the batch. I was involved with making many productive and efficient changes to my department alongside the owner of the company. I also trained and oversaw the reservations assistant within my department.

Duties included answering multi-line phones, data entry, filing, creating real estate brochures, property searches for clients, as well as mailing a 3000 piece newsletter each month. I also delivered and kept stock of listing brochures, hosted open houses for brokers and the public weekly, and showed property to clients. In addition, we worked with a well-known developer in our county to act as part of the sales team for a 16 lot subdivision that was under construction.
