Patti was born in York, PA then onto L.A., CA for Jr. High, then H.S. in TX and onto UT Austin. Armed with an MA in Art, at 21, Patti began a 10 yr. teaching career from 9th grade to Chapman College to UCR. Getting into the CA lifestyle, she competed in 100-mi. off-road motorcycle races, tried a Gran Prix and Motocross. While teaching at Grossmont College in San Diego, Patti began surfing and playing tournament racquetball. In 1977, Patti opened Patrician Designs Jewelry in Capitola where her one-of-a-kind pieces appeared in Aaron Faber Gallery and Byzantine Collection in NYC.
In Santa Cruz, Patti added salmon fishing and flying airplanes, as well as being Cover Girl on the Capitola Boat & Bait Brochure. Patti began her fun, adventurous real estate career in 1987 where she has enjoyed selling, developing, and designing. She keeps a pulse on world real estate markets. Her extensive travel helps Patti “stay ahead of the wave”. Patti lives, works, and plays for the past 36 years in Santa Cruz at Pleasure Pt., where she enjoys scuba, yoga, SUP, dance, and beach walks.
Actively giving back through Sunrise Rotary, Food Bank, Action Pajaro Valley, H.S. mentoring, Kuumbwa Jazz, and former Chamber Board of Trustee member. Current sponsor of Santa Cruz Derby Girls and The Capitola Foundation. Patti believes Real Estate is all about balance, skill, flexibility, negotiating turns safely and having fun!
